Make the SHIFT: 3-Session Coaching Intensive
The Process
A focused, three-session engagement designed to unlock movement on a specific challenge.
Clients identify the root dynamics at play, experiment with new ways of responding, and translate what’s learned into a concrete plan forward.
What you leave with: A clearer way to see the issue, a handful of tested moves that actually shift it, and an approach you can carry forward into future challenges.
Choose Your Track:
Personal Transformation Track – Work on patterns like overextending, conflict-avoidance, or self-doubt that keep you stuck.
Complex Decision-Making Track – A thorny, high-visibility decision or relationship dynamic that needs movement now.
Chemistry Call: In this free initial conversation, we identify the shift and desired outcomes we will work towards. We create clarity around the coaching process, expectations, and how we can work together.
If we both decide to move forward with the process, we continue to:
Session 1 — Discovery & Design: In this call, we surface the internal narratives that shape professional practice, specifically around the shift we are focused on. We name the tensions at play, apply leadership development frameworks or tools, and design an exploration experiment for deeper learning and discovery.
(What’s an exploration experiment? Pick a few low-risk moves like conversations, boundaries, decision criteria, or meeting designs to learn from between sessions.)
Session 2 — Debrief, Reframe, & Refine: Your work between sessions is key for this conversation as we reflect on real-world learning drawn from exploration experiments. We explore the situation from multiple perspectives and refine the strategy for ongoing exploration experiments that you will apply until the next session.
Session 3 — Insight Integration and Sustainability Strategy: For our final session, we consolidate key takeaways, celebrate growth, and co-create practical strategies to sustain confidence, voice, and intentional leadership.

Self Leadership Track - For people looking to transform the way they show in leadership contexts through increasing self-awareness, gaining mastery over difficult emotions, expanding interpersonal communication skills, and crystallizing clarity on their values and vision.
Role Shifting and Emerging Leadership Development Track - For people who are transitioning to a new role and are setting themselves up for success by seeking support in navigating complex shifts including: peers becoming direct reports, supervisors becoming colleagues, or going from technical leadership to people leadership.
