Constructive conflict is a mark of a healthy team. Conflict Shift: Critical Conversations builds the capacity to engage disagreement with steadiness, clarity, and mutual respect.
Using research-backed frameworks and experiential learning, participants develop emotional self-awareness and learn practical techniques for regulation and recovery in the moment. Breathwork, reflection, and short applied exercises create the grounding for skill-building in listening, candour, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.

This offering is available in 2 variations:
Half-Day Training: Recommended for teams seeking a foundational introduction to emotional intelligence and conflict skills they can apply immediately in daily work.
Three-Day Training: Recommended for managers and leaders who want a deeper, practice-based development experience integrating communication frameworks, power and identity awareness, and advanced conflict-navigation techniques.
