Embodied//Shift recognizes that teams do not only think their way through complexity, they experience it in their nervous systems. Chronic stress, rapid change, and sustained pressure impact attention, trust, creativity, and decision-making. Without intentional space for regulation and renewal, performance suffers and relational strain increases.

These facilitated somatic experiences integrate guided breathwork, meditation, and optional sound elements to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and collective grounding. Participants build awareness of their stress patterns, increase resilience under pressure, and develop practical tools they can use in real time.

The result is greater steadiness in leadership, improved clarity in decision-making, and teams that can remain connected and responsive even in high-stakes environments.

This offering is available in 2 variations

45-Minute Breathwork and Meditation Session (Virtual or In-Person): A focused, guided experience designed to support regulation, reset attention, and restore clarity. Recommended as a standalone session, leadership meeting integration, or retreat complement.

90-Minute Somatic Yoga Flow (In-Person): An embodied practice that integrates breath, movement, and intentional reflection. Designed to release stored tension, increase presence, and strengthen mind body connection in a structured, accessible format.

Monthly Organizational Renewal Experience (In-Person): A recurring, on-site engagement that combines collective and individualized support.

Includes:
• A 45-minute guided breathwork and meditation experience for the full organization, with optional sound integration
• Two to four same-day coaching sessions for key leaders or strategic staff who would benefit from
coaching services.
